Double Barrel Honey Granola


    • 6 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    • 2 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
    • 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
    • 2/3 cup Toasted Wheat Germ
    • 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
    • 1 cup Melted Butter
    • 1/2 cup Double Barrel Honey
    • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 15 ounces Dried Cherries


    1. Preheat oven to 325º placing the oven racks 6” from the top and bottom. Grease 2 large baking sheets and set aside. In a large bowl stir together oats, pecans, coconut, toasted what germ and sesame seeds. In a medium size bowl combine melted butter, Double Barrel Honey, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix well. Spread mixture evenly between the 2 baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes, stir the mixture on each sheet and switch over racks for the remaining 15 minutes. After 30 minutes remove from the oven and scatter the cherries throughout. Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
